Custom Design Pots is a division of Potsonline, who custom make planters, pots, urns & pedestals, water features which are tailored made to suit individual clients requirements.
Potsonline have partnered with some of the biggest property developers and specialise in large commercial projects of custom made pots. From GRC planters through to Light Weight Fibreglass planters, Light Weight Terrazzo planters, and Light Weight Stone planters, we custom make to suit your project.
We also custom make pots for Wholesale Pot Companies, Resorts, Airports, Shopping Centres, Designers, Clubs/Pubs, Plant Hire Companies, Landscape Architects, Builders, Hotels, Designers, Commercial Projects, Project Managers, Local Councils, Property Developers, Interior Designers, Architects, and Construction Companies.

Process
We custom make moulds and provide you with a mould costing, and per item price for production pieces. Customers lead time will determine how many moulds are required to meet production targets on large orders.
Production Time
On average, turnaround time form confirmation of your order is around 50-70 days. Additional moulds can be made for faster production time if required.
Where do we ship to
We ship worldwide by LCL pallets to your door, 20ft or 40ft containers direct to your site, or for smaller urgent orders required, we can arrange air-freight.
Countries we have shipped to in the past include Australia, New Zealand, United States, Bahrain, United Arab Emirates, Fiji.
Shipping
We can sell either ex works (ex factory), F.O.B or arrange shipping on your behalf and handle all documents required. If you are unable to receive a container on site we will arrange the unpacking of goods from containers and then arrange domestic delivery.
What are payment terms
We accept AUD and USD. 30% deposit is required on confirmation of your order and balance of payment is due 15 days prior to your shipment arriving into the nominated port of arrival.
Colour Range
We can match to any colour request, as well as a smooth or textured finish.
Minimum Orders
Since we manufacture the moulds and provide a per item price, no project is too big or too small. We welcome one off pieces through to mass production items.
